Re: Manage Secondary Sky IDs

Posted by a Sky employee

Hi @J+L+G I've spoken to the SkyID team for you, and as suspected unfortunately a secondary ID for Mobile isnt supported at the moment - I'm really sorry it isnt a more positive answer, especially given I can totally envisage what you are trying to do, but hopefully this will prevent you keep trying to find a way to make it work. Apols again.

I really appreciate the support in finding an answer, even if it's not the one I wanted. Good work and thanks to the community.

Sky are paid employees and Super Users are not paid and neither are we employees of Sky.

Re: Manage Secondary Sky IDs

okay, can anyone tell me why do you lose all your recordings from your sky box when you factory reset the sky box please?

A factory reset does as the name implies. It restores the box to the condition it was in before use. So all settings are restored to default and the space on the hard disk reserved for recordings is wiped.
