Hi there,

Previously when wanting to watch a live Sky Sports broadcast, I would log in on the SKy Sports web page, click on Watch Sky Sports, choos the event I want to watch.
At this point it used to tell me that I needed the Sky Sports App installed (which I do) and after confirming is installed, it would open the Sky Sports App and I could watch the event in the App on my laptop.
NOW the event just starts broadcasting within the web page and does not redirect to the installed app.
Is this correct and the Windows Sky Sports App is defunct and I can uninstall it?

You can uninstall the desktop app as that is no longer needed.

@Sport+Addict Yes it's correct has there as been a change to the way the service is delivered
