Hi. I have done al ready. Told to un install the app for sever days and try again. Which I have done and it still doesn't work. They also told me no one else has made a complaint and I am the only one so it must be my broadband. But, as I have found out by coming on here, several of us are having the same issue since two weeks ago.

This looks like you are affected by a known issue affecting some customers our support teams are aware of and currently working to get fixed. We have no workarounds for this at this time I'm afraid. You'll need to speak with our teams over the phone to redeem things for you for now. Let us know if you need a number. ^Ross

I have sky mobile, am Able to access the sky vip rewards as silver membership. There are very few things that I am Able to click into such as "refer a friend ", save money on a new sim, home insurance and business broadband. Why can't I access any other benifits that I should be entitled to?

I'm having the same issues. Emailed the app team who said that they are aware & their ' back end team' are working on it, in the meantime they told me to call customer service to access the codes. Waste of time, spoke to 4 people over 2 hours and lastly advised to email me to email another address, who would then send me the codes
They emailed me back and only said to delete and reinstall the app!
Disappointing that something as simple as this cannot be fixed quickly or even that customer service cannot understand or send the codes!

In all fairness none of us have any idea how this system works so I doubt the fix is as simple as you think otherwise it would have been fixed weeks ago.
its possible this is involving a third party which is why the fixes generally take longer and would likely have stopped any attempt to fix over the Xmas break.

I don't know who to email or how lol.The agent told me there hadn't been anyone else having issues .Which as it looks I'm not

I telephone again and got told that basically they know about the problem but have no timeline to when it will be fixed. All complaints are being registered. How can, like you said, something so simple take nearly a month to fix. I get the impression they don't want to because it is costing them to much.

I've spent an hour on the phone to sky. The Apple TV offer expired in December so should not be showing as available but is still showing as a live offer. 3 different departments now and non of them can do anything other than tell me to speak to apple as it was their offer. Sky will do nothing to give it to their VIP's even though it's showing on their website and their sky tv.
pretty shocking really as if the offer was in store they'd have to give it to you

The voucher codes will be apple voucher codes as they will need to work within the Apple TV App and they will have had an expiry date on them, so Sky can't exactly just give it to you.

You sound like someone paid by sky. Is sky go not an app? Also I use a real PC for a lot of my business, not android or apple which these apps are designed for, just like banking apps, parking apps, power company apps, etc etc....
