MySky The email address you entered is already registered.

Been using the MySky app for a few weeks and I am now getting the error:

 

The email address you entered is already registered.

 

I only use my app, no one else has access to it or my account, is there a way to fix this so I can apply for the offers

What are you doing when you receive that error as usually once you have logged in you do not need to login again.

I can log into the app

The competitions work fine

 

But registering for any event tickets results in the notification that I have already applied even though I haven't
