Sky VIP Ballot Error Message - Email Already Registered

Very frustrating recurring issue on the ticket ballots 

 

When I go to apply for a ballot I get this error message 'The email address you entered is already registered.'

 

Looking at other discussions this is clearly a recurring issue that Sky has not resolved. Can this be escalated and resolved to ensure other users don't face the same issue? 

 

It's a small thing but very annoying.

Other members have said that doing this has worked for them:

 

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.

Sky VIP Ballot Email Already Registered

When trying to apply for a VIP ballot, it's asking me to enter my email address and name before clicking "go". It then comes up saying I am already registered. Has anyone found a solution for this problem?

Been using the MySky app for a few weeks and I am now getting the error:

 

The email address you entered is already registered.

 

I only use my app, no one else has access to it or my account, is there a way to fix this so I can apply for the offers

What are you doing when you receive that error as usually once you have logged in you do not need to login again.

I can log into the app

The competitions work fine

 

But registering for any event tickets results in the notification that I have already applied even though I haven't

Hi

 

when I try and enter a ballot for any event I get directed to a registration screen. When I enter my details it says my email address is already registered.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I received help through the Sky Ireland help desk and was assured the issue was resolved. 

 

However, I'm still getting the same error message today. 

 

Can this please be looked at?

Hi there, 

 

I keep trying to get tickets and sign up to ballots for Sky VIP and when I go to apply for a ballot I get this error message 'The email address you entered is already registered.'

 

But I've never signed up to anything, could someone help me with it?
