Nope never got it to work. Never had a reward. Just annoys me more when I get the e mails .taunting me with stuff I can.t get.

What's the section all about? Looking at other folk with the same problem? It there supposed to be some gem of Info that will getme I to rewards? ? Beyond switch it off and on?calling it Rebooting does.nt make it any more effective. I got into rewards I think , but you wanted . Money for the film. So nit a reward then really.

Hi. I am having the same problems. Last Tuesday I could see my VIP rewards. Come Wednesday I couldn't. I have un installed the app several times. Re booted my phone several times. Even tried on a different device and telephone Sky. Told to uninstall the app. Leave several days and try again. Which I have done and still can't see my rewards. What is going on???

So here we go Again. I have the VIP section back up but it now doesn't let me click on them to open them. What a mess..You would think, no sorry you wouldn't, that tech team would make sure they work first. This will be two weeks in Tuesday. Unbelievable!!!

for this particular issue uninstalling and reinstalling the My Sky apps usually solves the "it's only pictures that I can't click on" problem.

Hi. I have done this several times. Un-installing and re-installing. I have even left it a few days before re-installing the app. Still not working. Spoke to Sky. They told me to come on here. They had, had no other complaints and the forum might help. Yet, I have found several of us having the same problem from the same time. So who knows!

The VIP page is not exactly responsive but once you get there aim to click on the writing beneath the images rather than on the images. I wanted the Apple TV offer and found it eventually under a picture of a woman captioned with something about treasure which I clicked on. The text has probably changed by now but try the approach.

if you provide them with as much detail as possible, the app version, the OS your device is running I'm sure they will be able to help. When issues like this crop up that is affecting some but not all users the best thing you can do is report it directly to Sky so they are aware of the issue and also the scale of it. The more people affected the greater the likelihood it gets visibility and potentially solved.
