Issues accessing VIP Rewards

Hi, 

I am trying to access my Sky VIP Giveaways but the link is not working; I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and it's the same situation.

I feel as though there should be a way to access giveaways via My Sky online because when the app is down or not working correcly this means we cannot access any of the benefits of being a VIP member!

If someone could assist that will be appreciated.

What is happening when you try to access the Giveaways section ?

Nothing happens, it feels as though the links have been disabled however when I click some of the other links within VIP, they open up.

Is the app up to date as there was an update which fixed this issue for me. Also try rebooting your device.

I have been using the app for quite a while and then last week the Sky VIP section was not working properly.  It is on the giveaways/tickets/unmissable prizes pictures - a message comes up to say Error loading page, domain:undefined error code 11 description ERR SSL PROTOCOL ERROR. If you want to upgrade  or refer a friend etc those ones are loading ok.  I have just restarted my phone but the issue is still there and is very annoying!

I'm having the same problem. App is up-to-date. I can't click the giveways section - it's just a picture, not a link. Can open the Apple TV offer but it just shows me the Terms & Conditions and tells me to go to the Giveaways sestion, which of course I can't do.

Struggled to even find a display name that was.nt in use. Still can.t access  vip rewards. I Don.t want to look at other peoples questions  .I want mine answered. Why Don.t you just knock money off my rental? Or Don.t put it up mid contract ?( yes you do) it's more ticks navigating. Spoiling  my experience.  Then I.m so annoyed  I end up watching nothing. And your rewards are more annoying  than rewarding. I pay the bill and I can.t acsess  half of the things you claim. The young may acc poor service  I won.t and won.t accept poor service.  Where I.m doing  all the work and chasing around.

Reducing subscription cost, while undoubtedly the 'VIP reward' everyone actually wants, was probably never in scope because that's a direct hit to the bottom line.

I can't access vip rewards on the app,, keeps saying 

we are really sorry but you can't join sky vip now ? Any help please ? Yes I have updated the app !

I can see my own post and others. What am I supposed  to do with that? How does that get me into sky vip rewards. Whatever  they are. ?

I.ve no idea what number app I.m up to or using. All I know is I can.t acsess  any of the offers. And just tried to get a film " on the house" turns out it on my house as they wanted £13.99 . Which obviously  I did.nt pay and was yet another  nail in there coffin. And prompted  me to cancel Netflix.
