Issue with MY Sky App (VIP)

Since my MySky app was updated 3 weeks ago, I cannot access the VIP section to enter competitions etc. 

 

when you click through it, it just keeps going back to the start of the section. 

This happened before and it just seemed to correct itself after about 3 months. 

any ideas how to fix it quicker ?

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting the device then installing the app again ?
