Home move

Trying to book a home move on app but getting no response.Have been trying for 3 days now.Need to move skyQ and broadband

If you can't do this online or via the app then all you can do is to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
