inaccessable sky mobile account

I had to change my login email address, everything appeared normal and now my mobile account is invisable and only my TV / Broadband account is accessible.

I've relinked the accounts, but it still isn't visable, although it states that they are linked??

We're you using this email address as a login if so it should actually still work so have you tried it since changing your address ?

Yes, using email address to login and re-linked the mobile account (I have x2 Sky mobiles) through my bank account. But an only see TV / Broadband products and bill.

All you can do then is to call Sky on 150 so they can look into what login details you should be using. When you do call say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
