Discussion topic: I can't get my sky vip reward

Hiya, I've joined sky vip and I can't access my welcome gift. Everytime I go to sky vip, it ask me to join, then it gives me 2 options, claim reward or do it later. Every time I click claim reward, it takes me back to the sky vip home page. I've uninstall the app and installed it again, but it's still doing it
