Following the bad advice I had from Sky about dealing with mini-box connectivity problems last week, one community member suggested I should raise a complaint. Not so easy! I have been to https://www.sky.com/help/forms/complaints and answered all asterisked and drop-down questions, but the message keeps coming up that 'The form failed to submit, please try again later'.
One website I looked at suggested clearing my cookies and cache, but this has made no difference.
I don't really need to make a complaint; I just want decent technical support, but does anyone have any thoughts on why the Sky systems seem to deny access to this complaints mechanism?

I'd love to know what those options are!

I am having the same problem. I have been trying to post for two hours without success, just getting the same error message. I tried it with the single word 'Test' and it worked, but it won't work with the actual message (which is under the 4,000 character maximum). Any help appreciated. (Please don't say 'phone Sky', though, the whole point of filling in a form is to avoid calling.)

Got to be honest, Annie, that's not really Superhelpful, coming from a Superuser. I'm aware of the different ways of contacting Sky. But I'd prefer to get a response this month.
For the avoidance of doubt: I'd appreciate any help that involves solving the actual issue in hand i.e. the complaints form not working.
