How to chat online with sky?

Hi, anyone have any idea how to online chat with sky?

For some unknown reason Sky have removed this really useful service and replaced it with nothing! Getting in touch with Sky is virtually impossible now. If you do ring them you are on hold, ignored and / fobbed off. At least with Live Chat you could get some real help. Utterly useless looking to this company for assistance.

The Live Chat service is still available, where it's applicable, as a contact option at the end of the help guide for some topics if the help hasn't resolved the problem.

When I tried to Live Chat yesterday I was informed, on the site, that this service has now been withdrawn. So I have no idea what is going on.

How did you try to access it?

Via the Sky site.

If there's no link at the end of the help guide, the Live Chat service isn't suitable for that topic or is busy.

No idea, gave up trying. Live Chat seems to be Dead Chat
