Help forum

Wasn't sure where to post this. When I try to open the help forum on my iPad all of a sudden all I'm getting is a white screen and nothing is loading.
Anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this.  It's working fine on my iPhone and both phone and iPad are using the same sky broadband connection. Thanks.

Have you tried a reboot of your iPad or installed a different web browser to see if it will then work via that one ?

@caesarome I did try a reboot and that didn't work, however I have just tried a different browser (Chrome) and that worked. 
I've been using Google for years with no issue but this morning it just won't load.

Same here but on phone and computer. Works fine on another browser or private mode.

That sounds like a.cookies/cache issue.

Hi

i have the exact same issue with Sky Communities help form. I just get a white screen when accessing through Safari but if I use Chrome website opens fine.

What's wrong with Sky

@Shashie Have you cleared the cache in Safari?

@Shashie Just remove the Sky entries from the cache
