Free vue tickets

Hi I have just had Sky put in. How do I claim my free monthly cinema vue tickets? They are not in my VIP rewards. Thanks

What is going on at the moment? Deliberately burying this offer within the app is shady tactics but at least people can still get the codes. Now they've just been completely removed.
