TNT app

Why can I download a tnt app on my laptop top and watch live sports on tnt app bug my to keeps asking me to reg my sky account to watch tnt sports on my GV60 bug my sky account confirms I have tnt

Do you pay Sky or TNT for access to the channels ?

I have sky to which now includes HBO but, can't access tnt sports through hbo but, I can through the tnt app on my iPad were I watch sky go.

So, if my account says reg for hbo but, the sky app won't allow to watch tnt sports through my hbo app on my sky platform
