Sky app and website not loadingvwhen clicking on options

Every time i use my Sky app I will choose whatever option I need.....but nothing loads....just getting a white page with a cross on top right of screen. 

Yes, I have uninstall and reinstalled...

Yes, I have tried accessing website instead of app....just to find same issue!

To clarify....I get the main site/app....just cannot view anything I click on...

Are you using anything like a vpn or if you are using an Apple device the private relay service ?

No VPN and on Android device.

Is the software up to date on your phone and also have you checked for any updates to the app itself ?

Finally could any apps you have installed be causing this ?

Yep, phone updated. And have been through all apps....nothing new installed since this started happening....oh well...if I need to find stuff out I will have to ring Sky...will mention it to them if it carries on.
