F1 onboards still not working on app. Agai

Yet again, the driver onboards are not working. We now get thd options for each driver, but when selected we get 'coverage to start shortly'.

This is the 4th race that Ive been without the onboards.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy phone, trying to access via the SkySporrs app, have restarted my phone, checked for updates and  tried the suggested workarounds (first suggested in March).

Any ideas please? I'm starting to wonder why I bother with Sky...

I was about to make a post saying exactly the same thing! Likewise, Samsung Galaxy phone and using the Sky Sports App - same symptoms. 😞

Crofty has just made an on air announcement that they are aware of no extra feeds and are working

Didn't even bother trying the Sky sports app onboards during practice and heard them saying there were issues. Tried to view the onboards for qualifying and still unable to see anything. Watching on Apple iPad, now have all options under race control but no matter what I select I get "Video Unavailable" message. Unbelievable.

Every time I've tried to access the feeds for the past two race weekends, I keep getting a "Video unavailable. A problem occured - please try again later" message!

The only thing that seesm to sort it, is logging out and the logging in. But then I have to wait for a complaint about using too many devices to dissapear for some reason.

Sky sort it out!!

Agree, driver onboard tonight only showing one driver for me, when I click another I'm getting video unavailable, this is so frustrating!

 Having to constantly close the app to try and see other onboards which are not successful most of the time.

Now the bloody thing has decided to lock me out saying I'm using too many devices! I'm only on one device! I've a good mind to cancel my payments and tell Sky to shove it.
