Error messages

Ever since I joined sky broadband ( I already have sky tv for over 25 years ) I get constant error messsges when I sign in and try to look at offers and products . I've refreshed the app , deleted and reinstalled and still no joy . Can't look at sky go either as still get error messsges

Hi, my account numbers match , so it doesn't appear to be that causing the issue

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Hi, I checked the sky app and my account number is showing and is correct ? Should I post the screening see to you ?

You need to use the chat bubble to talk to Sky as on here we are customers like you.
