MySky App Broadband Devices section missing

Evening All,

I know this question has been asked before, but I'm wondering if there have been any developments -

Trying to install a Sky  Wifi max Pod which will not connect.

MySky app does not have a 'Manage devices' section.

Tried all the usual things.

Spent several hours on the phone to sky technical who keep going around in a loop of 'turn it on, turn if off, open the MySky app and go to the manage devices section (which isnt there), we'll call you back tomorrow as see if its still the same (it always is)'.

It seems that they've given up as they haven't called me back again.

Why has sky customer service become so inept in recent times? I wasted 2 full working days LAST YEAR waiting for fibre broadband to be installed but nobody ever turned up - sky have still not resolved that one.

About to jump ship after 18 years. It seems like a lot of people are getting the same level of service now too.
