Endless loop trying to access VIP Rewards

I am logged in to Sky VIP and can access my bills, TV and Broadband, but when I try to access my Rewards on Sky VIP I end up in this loop.. I click on View my Rewards -> Find out More -> Join In -> Find Out More -> Join In ad infinitum. 

On my TV the My Sky app has no option for Sky VIP. 

I've uninstall and reinstalled the App but it still doesn't work.  Any ideas?

Pretty much all you can do is to report it to the apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk

Let them know what device you are using along with the operating system it is running.
