Hello,
I have recieved my incenive award edenred card for £75, but now whenever I'm attempting to activate the card so I can use, it's prompting for my sky accunt number. The sky account number, I have within the MySky app does not work, it shows as invalid. Can someone tell me where I would find the correct information

I tried this mulitple times and have been stuck on the sky account number bit, but doesn't appear to take it the details

Above is the error im getting. To find my sky account number I logged into the mysky app and located the broadband and talk bill and it shows my account number under there, but im getting the error

If you're entering your account number correctly, there may be some sort of technical issue with Edenred preventing it being accepted, hence the suggestion to contact them. You could, of course, give Sky a ring and confirm your account number with them too.

i also have a edenred card i just recived today, but apon clicking next it does nothing, rung the number to try and activate it but its all in belguim, cant find a way to activate it in the app
sorry for bumping an old thread but i am lost on what to do

im getting no errors, just the next button litterly does nothing, what is the point of these cards if you cant activate them,

I keep getting stuck in the stage 3 part of activatjng it just comtinually loads but nothing seems to appear! Definitely frustrating !

I seem to have found the Edenred card failures club.
I received an email with a contact number to receive a PIN . Every time I called the number never even rang just hung up immediately!! Tried at least 20 times over the 24 hour time limit- no success. Emailed asking they post the PIN, just got same response " call this number quoting the pass code and receive PIN". Same outcome. Some incentive this from Sky!
Just give me the amount deducted from my bill!
