It says "programmes no longer available" for several channels. Presumably somebody's been messing with the bouquet/subbouqets and broken it. Please fix.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe Sky+ app is a dead app, it is no longer supported and you cannot even download it from any app store, if it breaks it breaks 😞 no one is going to fix it 😞

It's the only decent app they make. Seems silly to kill it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWell would be a bit strange to continue supporting it, when Sky + is no longer supported. 😀

It was taken out back and shot many months ago 😞 The loss of support was not a recent thing

Not true, it's been working fine until very recently.

It may have been working but once it breaks then your luck is over, working and supported are two seperate things

Are those channels BBC channels by any chance because if so it will be because the BBC have closed down their SD channels so from here on it you will have to use the HD versions to set recordings and at present they are in the 800 range. Sky is aware of this issue.

How am I supposed to schedule recordings to my Sky Q box when I'm away from home if not through the Sky+ app? The Sky Go app does not list all the channels (most notably no BbC channels) so this is not helpful

The Sky Go app does list all the channels but to see them you must select "Record to Sky box" at the top of the TV Guide. Also like the Sky+ app (and you can still do this with that app) you can search for a program/film that you want to remote record.
