Sky Sports Score app not loading articles of commentary

Starting a new thread as others have been closed before resolving the issue.

The problem: app doesn't show articles when clicking through just left with a blank screen. This issue also happens with commentary but not as often.

The previously proposed fix of clearing app cache works but is not sustainable and literally works for that moment, the next time the app is opened the same issue happens again.

This thread topic is common and seems to affect android phones. I have a Pixel 7a.

A previous thread was opened regarding this but was closed down before a resolution was found.

Hopefully we can solve now as it is super annoying. I like this app and it's a shame the functionality is so bad now.

Agreed with this problem. 

I have similar issues with my android phone and also followed the other threads which were closed without a resolution being found.

Do see that within the last few weeks or so that some are reporting this issue on the Google Play feedback for the app.

Your best bet for reporting this is to use the report issue email within the app, or using the email address below:
