Discovery + missing email address

I activated discovery+ some time ago and my sky account show it as active

when I try to access discovery + it asks me to login with my email address when I try this discovery + says it can't find my email address so it won't 

eat me in

how can I de activate and the. Re active my discovery + account in sky
