So the answer to that so far is no, the button is still greyed out

I'm assuming there must be a minimum post count or something?

I think the ability to post in the forum (and the Sky Go one) has been turned off for everyone as I see the same.

@caesarome is correct. All the Ideas boards have been switched off to new posts and threads. Whether the feature will return remains to be seen.
