Sky website and how bad it is

WHY?... when I want to change my package are there FOUR BROKEN LINKS?

WHY?... when I have to call sky (because the links don't work) is there an announcement that says 'to change your package just go to sky.com/chnage' - which ALSO DOESN'T WORK?

WHY?... is there not a BIG BANNER on your website that says - 'to change your package you MUST phone in' (because every option to try and change your package is a BROKEN LINK.

WHY?... whe I call in am I bumped to the 'retention team' and the previous person doesn't make the changes I requested?

I spent over an HOUR trying to resove my issues.
