Cannot Access SKY VIP

I cannot get to view Sky VIP rewards. Never had an issue before. Now it asks me to join but then won't show the rewards. I am a Diamond member.

I can't access via App (which I reinstalled) or when logging in to my account online.

Exactly! I tried using the online chat. No joy! Could do with a sky rep to respond.

Me neither!!  I spoke to 6 people yesterday for an hour and was promised a call back but nothing happened!

Exactly the same. Click on view my rewards and it takes me back to find out more. Called sky, couldn't help, told to email, still no joy and don't know who to contact, very frustrating...

I emailed to complain that I am still having the same problem but was told to contact customer services!!  Does anybody have any ideas how to solve this problem or a dept to contact?

Nope mine still doesn't work maybe it was costing them too much and they removed it
