Can't unlink sky id

Screenshot_20240223_161303_MySky.jpgHi can't unlink old sky id which is linked to my new account different account numbers same email address can't change email address won't let me getting same error message.ive placed a order and I cannot see it I'm just getting my old account number with my email address which is attached to my new a order.rang sky said it was done but still not working

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Update - Just spoken to @jc71269 and after a check, we found the ID to still be linked elsewhere. Customer is going to call our dedicated Sky ID team to discuss next steps 🙂
