Hi can't unlink old sky id which is linked to my new account different account numbers same email address can't change email address won't let me getting same error message.ive placed a order and I cannot see it I'm just getting my old account number with my email address which is attached to my new a order.rang sky said it was done but still not working

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
