Hi
For nearly 1 year I have been unable to access my sky bill, with on-lime via the sky web site, the sky app on my phone or via the interactive services on the TV.
I have reported this several times; but the problem still persists.
im pretty sure my contract is due for renewal in May and I would like to know if my bill is going to increase and by how much please?
I understand the current Covid-19 pandemic is hindering operations in many sectors, including my own; hence why it is important to understand what my future billing is likely to to be.

Hi
Im only able to see my current sky bill. If I try to go back, I can only see the full bill amount I cannot see the details and if I try to go forward the page is blank for future bills
Any suggestions?

Hi All, did this get fixed for anyone? I have the same issue where the bill flashes up. Iv tried the App, IE, Edge and Chrome but all have the same issue.

It is working for me now, don't know why. No communication from Sky. If I had known how **bleep**ty there customer support is I would have chosen another company.

I had this issue a while back I couldn't figure it out either did Sky
they had me jumping through hoops I tried 5 different laptops 4 different smartphones 3 pcs all on different networks and different operating systems 😀
Never solved but it just started working again and fine since
it really makes it awkward to pay a bill
