Same issue. New app loads, go to bill, it loads the bill for a fraction of a second but it disappears from screen and I'm left looking at a white page.
I can log out and try again but same issue each time, the app loads the bill for a fraction of a second and it disappears. Wouldn't even have time to screenshot as it appears for such a small time

I have the same issue
My bill loads for a flash of a second and then page goes Blank?
i have tried on the following systems:
Both Website and My Sky App
Safari and Google on IPad, IPhone,MAC
Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10 and Windows 7,
Android Phone too
I've reset the router tried on Mobile Data and tried on several different networks outside the home,
With all the same results just a blank page?
strange but annoying ☹️

Hi,
I am having the exact same issue on the app and on desktop and cannot view my bill or change the method of payment but I am assuming that is because the page isn't loading.

Hello i need to print my bill but anytime i go into my bill it will load bill and screen will just go white i have tried numerous times and on numerous devices but having same issue coul you please help?

Worked for me on Chrome. Mormally use safari so must be something to do with OS upgrades etc

Update: I can now see my April and Feb bill but the same thing is still happening when trying to view March bill (the only reason I trying specificially to view this bill is that there seems to be an additional charge that I don't know about). I have tried using chrome, explorer, firefox and safari and all presenting with the same problem.

My mobile SIM only deal seems to have gone from £10 to over £35! I barely use my data or phone! Going round in circles trying to get to view my bill! Can't contact as it says they are only dealing with vulnerable people at this time. I've been trying to get somewhere online for the past hour! if I can't somehow sort this I will have to cancel my directdebit before they try and take this from my account on the 10th April.
Would appreciate some help
