As reported by @smr24 and @SammyNagle I also am unable to get past the "enter your post code" screen.
My account is setup and active and I have a Sky ID but as I can't enter the postcode I'm unable to use the MySky app.
Multiple advisors from the call centre asked to try different browsers and using spaces/no spaces but nothing seems to work!

I see lots of escalation messages, but there's no explanation of what caused the issue or how to actually resolve it! I have the same issue. Can someone please help? Many thanks, F

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have been trying to log into my sky all the username and password are correct then it ask for my post code when I put that in it tells me there is an error

Im having same issues can't login asking for postcode but keep getting error when I enter it. Trying to activate sky stream it went down couple days followed steps online to fix it now it's asking to activate but can't access it. Can you please escalate it to sky?

Hi - update from my side... my issue is still not fixed. Sky escalated it, they texted me, I phoned them. Apparently they need to fix something internally... anyway this has been going on for literally months, more than a year in fact. I am done with Sky. I think I can get what I want from Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV+...

I have just bought a Sky Sim. This issue prevented me purchasing it but phone call sorted that. Now have SIM but can't activate it. Same thing need sir code but can't accept it. This issue seems to be at least 2 years old how is it going on that long? Will can my Sky sim if I can't manage it via account
