All of a sudden I cannot log into the my sky app. User and password entered and it asks for postcode. When postcode entered nothing happens . Please help

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

I am unable to log in to my app I put in my postcode and nothing happens, I'm trying to sign an agreement and I can't get into my account

Thankyou for the reply, it lets me log in with user name and password but then asks me for my postcode which I put in and it does nothing. Everything was fine with it yesterday so don't know why I can't log in today

My Sky app has stopped letting me in. It lets me log in with user name and password but then asks me for my postcode which I put in and it says its invalid. Everything was fine with it tye other day when i was last in it so I'm not sure why I can't log in today. Can someone help please?
