Can't load MySky app

I was asked recently to re sign back in to MySky app but this didn't work so I deleted the app and downloaded it again but now it starts to download the initial agreement page opens  an gets to a white screen with a buffering star at the top of my iPhone 14 on latest iOS I have been onto sky technical many times and no solution .

No it wasn't I've switched it on just in case and still won't load thanks for the suggestion

I was going to suggest that if you had it turned on that you turn it off !

I'm not sure uf you tried deleting the app then rebooting your iphone before installing the app once more ?

I've turned it back off and must have deleted switched off and reloaded 30 times
