Just joined sky. Been told to make a sly if account, downloaded the app and setting up but doesn't do anything in the postcode part I've entered the postcode in all different possible way and still nothing. Sky bot chat is useless and no help anywhere on skys web page

Just reaching out regarding this issue as I could see all three of you shared a similar experience.
If you are still having issues getting past the postcode stage using the IDs you were mentioning having issues with still, can you get me the following information please?
1) date/time of issue occurance (you can try again and use that instead if unsure
2) the postcode exactly as its being entered into Sky.com or app
3) if the issue is on sky.com, the app or have you tried both with similar outcomes
Could you send me this in a private message please rather than on the thread itself?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am a new user and wat to add a service to my package. However I can't get past the postcode page on the my sky app, I have tried adding the post code in a number of formats.
Not the best start !!

I have downloaded the app on my iphone, but when setting it up at the 'enter postcode' step I've entered the postcode (all different ways) but nothing happens after this, it just shows the same screen.
