I am trying to register for competitions & cinema tickets on SKY VIP, but it keeps telling me my email is already registered. Even when it's my first attempt for that event. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat is it that you are actually doing when you see this message, are you trying to enter a competition because if so usually your email address doesn't need to be entered as should already be there from your account.

When I attempt to enter a ballot it doesn't have any data fields already completed, so when I put my names and email address in and then press to submit the form it returns the form with the error saying the email address is already registered

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
