I am trying to register for competitions & cinema tickets on SKY VIP, but it keeps telling me my email is already registered. Even when it's my first attempt for that event. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

When I attempt to enter a ballot it doesn't have any data fields already completed, so when I put my names and email address in and then press to submit the form it returns the form with the error saying the email address is already registered

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I also have this issue. Cannot enter a ballot as it says my email is already registered but nothing is pre filled out

I also have the same issues, can't register entry in ballot as it says 'the email address you entered is already registered' . This is incorrect as I hadn't entered that particular competition nor does it indicate that I have already entered on the VIP screens.

I too am having this issue. If I type in a different email address (my work one) it works fine. Something definitely wrong
