Hi Sky Community
I've been trying to use my piggy bank data towards buying a couple of accessories for over a week but keep getting an error message (see image below).
Any idea when the website will be up and running again?

This page is down for maintenance at the minute as we are building a replacement. I believe we have updated to a better holding page for the minute which advises a phone number to call to order.
Timescale for the new page to be up is later this month. But I would advise just calling rather than waiting 🙂

So it's April 5th.. and still no accessories page? What is going on???

Just give Sky a call, as they suggested here earlier.

Great advice
However due to work and family commitments by time I'm usually free to call they are closed
So online alot easier for me
