Accessing sky vip rewards

I haven't been able to access MySky vip rewards and not been able to o Tain my vue cinema tickets. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3x and even tried going to MySky.com and it still doesn't work in the browser. I get error message "problem with joing you up"! This has been goign in for over 2 months now and still not been able to access any rewards and I have been a sky customer for over 10 years!

Update - Spoken to customer and found they were using the wrong Sky ID.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
