Hello

does any one know how to turn on 2 step verification because I want to keep my account safe but I could not find it on my sky account

When you login to your online Sky email account here you will see the option to turn this on:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

If you don't have a Sky email address and you are asking how to turn this on for your Sky account then you can't as there is no such option.
