Find out more@Dazzar51 I have had a quick message back from a snior tech that Sky are aware of the issue, as I expected they would be, and it is being checked out. That does take time as they have to discover the actual cause and then work out how to sort it which can get complicated if the issue requires changes at 3's end.
Other people affected report the issue to Sky and keep an eye on this thread.

I have 3 5G broadband (always between 700 and 900Mb/s down and ~100Mb/s up)
All apps, live TV etc work absolutely fine (occasionally if flicking between channels there can be a delay, but usual channel change time is about 2 seconds)
SKY Programmes from the main menu - box sets catch up etc - however do not play. House of the Dragon etc just show 'Please wait...'. Also any Gold on demand does not play either I have tried playing S1 and S2 of 'Murder they Hope' and just get the please wait message.
I have a mesh network setup, have tried the box connected via wifi and ethernet to the Access Points and directly to the Broadband router and have also tried different DNS servers (1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 etc ). I have tried different 3 APN settings (3internet and three.co.uk) and IPV4 and IPV6. None of these settings result in any different outcome.

Still the same issue for me on Three 5G despite various troubleshooting by Sky.

I have also dropped back to 4g only blocking 5g and this made no difference, sky have called me back and they are taking it too three to work out what the issue is.

Just to add following on from my post earlier.
I set up a VPN on my router (VPN gives a UK Manchester based IP address, I am in Bristol and Three's IP is usually Gloucester or near)
With the VPN on all Sky playists and catchup work, GOLD on demand and re-start from the beginning works fine.. All just as it should.
Issue is definitely something between Sky and Three' IP addresses (and maybe other ISPs) as the VPN fixed it. It's just for me not a viable long term solution as with a VPN my speed is only ~100mbps and it's normally ~800Mbps.
Let's hope Sky solve this nice and quickly.

My new sky stream will not load game of thrones or house of the dragon, thought it was the wifi at first but tried gangs of London and that popped up straight away in UHD tried restarting and factory resetting still no luck. I have a 3 5g router and @Jporch316 directed me here from my post. Hope sky does something to fix this, if a tech wants me to perform a traceroute please reach out

Internet from 3, download speed 330mbps, upload is 5.23 mbps, skyglass tv & 1 puck, 2 wifi boosters, it was great at first, it's started doing the 'wait for your program to load' message for the last month or so. I have rebooted the system several times but not making any difference.
