I use a fully updated 64bit Surface Pro - and I have been unable to maintain my SKY email accounts for a number of days as when I attempt to login I get the following terminal error:
skyidapp.sky.com is currently unable to handle this request.

I've come across http500 errors in the past, which have indeed turned out to be the result of cacheing issues. Have you tried Chrome's Incognito mode just to rule that out?
It's not a site error as I can log in ok.

The shortcut I've always used is: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
This redirects to : https://skyidapp.sky.com/signin/opensso/SSORedirect/metaAlias/idp?SAMLRequest= ..................etc
Which then gives the error

Hi thanks - but we have tried that also. It's actually my home Sky fibre router as working from home.

Using incognito has let me get further - but it's very strange now as despite the fact that I'm logging in as one email, the system is actually logging me in as one of my others -
I actually managed, (using the link you supplied via incognito mode), to get as far as the 'forgotten your password link - this is then supposed to send a verification number to the email address - but it never arrives (checked Spam) - I think I'm going to have to review all email accounts via the Sky App (if that's possible now) ...

So thanks - I think I'll class this as answered - as the incognito mode is letting me do things I couldn't do - I know it's not 100% cured (still not working on a normal Chrome browser) - I'll review my other difficulties and raise a fresh query for the new problems here if I need to - thanks again for your help.

That does point to a residual caching problem. Wonder if you might have inadvertently left a Sky website open when you cleared the cache?
