"Oops - something went wrong" message.
This message comes on screen 2 times out of 3 when checking emails. I'ev cleaned cache to no avail.

How are you accessing Sky Yahoo Mail? App? Or via Sky.com, using your browser?

Can you try using a different web browser because if it then works for you then it might be an issue with the one you are currently using.

I have installed Firefox in place of Chrome and so far, the message has not appeared.

That suggests something with Chrome - probably an add-on could be causing this issue so you could try using Chrome again and disabling all your add-ons then enable them one by one to see what one is causing the issue.
