Not receiving 2 part authentication, no recovery code,Sky say maybe able to help if I have another email address that is not sky.com and I don't.
Is the 21 day recovery period automatic or do Sky need to set it in motion

It might simply be a waiting period while they see whether someone else claims it's their account - just guessing really. I'd call back when the 21 days has elapsed to prompt them.

What phone have you got because if it is an Android one then you will have a Google account meaning you will have access to a Gmail (also Google) email address, if it isn't an Android phone then you can setup a Gmail email address in minutes.
