Im an oldie so please allow

My emails suddenly stopped coming and I cant send any

although my accout is with sky my email is a btinternet.com

Not sure we can help you on here with any email account but we will try. What happens when you try to send an email ?

Some emails actually get through but nothing appears in my SENT

So when you type out an email and press the send button does it actually go (forget about the Sent folder for a minute).

Are you receiving any emails? I would concentrate on getting emails, before worrying about sending them.

When did you leave BT and join Sky?
