Hi
Hoping someone can help. I cannot log into my sky email. I get past username/password/2 step part but then get told 'account problem We apologise for the inconvenience, but we have encountered a problem with your account.
Please contact xxx for further assistance.'
I have cleared cache, checked for updates on my browser - none required, checked java script is on - all good. I am using bing but also tried on goolge and still the same error. I have switched my laptop off and on, makes no difference and my iphone email is not working either. Laptop uses windows 11.
Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat you need to do is to call Sky about this and when you do make sure you do not metion that it is happening when you try to access your email, instead tell them that you can not access your online Sky account.

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Noted what you said but thought I would try changing my password first before calling sky, and this seems to have solved it. Although not without much stress in trying to find out the email address the sky account was linked to, which once found, was a gmail address that had been blocked a few days again due to security issue, which in order to resolve, gmail wanted to send an email to my sky email, which of course I couldn't access, lordy, talk about going round in circles. Managed to change the gmail account the sky account was linked to, to another, then subsequently change my password and, thankfully, all is now resolved.
