I need to add another e mail address to my account but don't know how to do it

It's no longer possible,  I'm afraid. Sky do not allow new email addresses.

If you need a new email address then you  do need to go elsewhere as it hasn't been possible to setup a Sky one for a few years now. Gmail (Google) and Outlook.com (Microsoft) are two of the more popular ones.
