emails not being delivered

Hi

 

I am from a local authority school . For the last 3 weeks any emails going to parents who have a sky or yahoo email adress have been rejected. We do not get a bounce message for maybe 3 days later. They simply are not delivered. Every school has the school name followed by .tameside.sch.uk. We have contacted microsoft and the local authority who have both said that the issue is at yahoo/sky end. I cant seem to find a customer service number for either. Sky wont speak to me becuase I am not an account holder. I have explained that is widere issue but they cant log it . 

Meanwhile parents are missing vital emails

What reason is given in the bounce message for the failure? You're right that Sky won't talk to you as you're not a Sky accountholder. The affected parents can, however, report it to Sky.

It seems strange that your emails to Sky are being rejected.

Try putting your email address into here, just to see it is on any block lists.
