I have changed my phone number but to get access to my email account they keep sending the verification code to my old number. I've phoned India a dozen times, i can't understand them and they can't understand me, passed from pillar to post on multiple occasions! spoke to the automated customer service platform, same again. All i want to do is change the phone number on my email account.....can anyone help?

Re: email account
@shaun2026 I'm assuming you're using Sky Yahoo Mail and have moved your post to the correct forum.
Changing the phone number used for 2 step login involves either first sending a code to your old phone number which I assume you no longer have access to, or you using your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step verification. You can then set it up again with your new number, if you wish.
If you didn't make a note of your Recovery Code, you'll have to persevere with contacting Sky to ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. There's a process for doing so, but it appears that many of the front line advisers don't know how to do it.
