Verifacation code

I am trying to sign into my email account. Sky are saying they have sent the code but I am not receiving it. Is there a problem with their system?

@MsM60 haven't seen any other reports of a problem today. Check your mobile's spam folder?

In the verification code being sent to the correct number so you have changed it since setting 2FA up ?

 

If it is and it isn't in the spam folder of your mobile app then select the "can't sign in with code" link and use the recovery code you should have made a note off to turn it off and gain access to your emails.
