deleting emails

I'm unable to delete any emails is anybody else experiencing this or have you any ideas

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Thanks for that, I  cleared them and tried a different browser but it's still the same

So to be clear, you select the delete option and nothing happens ?

Absolutely no problem here.

Assuming you access your emails via a browser, could you explain just what happens when you try to delete one?

It was saying 'unable to delete this message' but has now suddenly decided to delete them normally.
