Contact Form Forwarding

I have a website with a contact form which forwards people's details to me. This is in a WordPress website hosted by GoDaddy. Until a few days ago the details had been forwarded to my Sky email very efficiently year after year. Now, however, I am receiving an error email to my administrator email address with the following:

Delivery to the following recipients failed permanently:

Reason: There was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [Subject: "Website Enquiry for Domestic Bliss"] MTA osnlsmtp01-04.prod.phx3.secureserver.net received this response from the destination. This mail has been blocked because it failed authentication checks against the sending domains DMARC policy. See https://senders.yahooinc.com/smtp-error-codes#dmarc-fail for more information.

I have asked GoDaddy to help and they have tried but without success.

I am at a loss.  Nothing has been changed at all but suddenly my emails have stopped being forwarded

Re: Contact Form Forwarding

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

From the link in the bounce message this looks like a sending domain failure, and therefore not an error generated by Yahoo or Sky:

"Your message failed authentication checks against your sending domain's DMARC or DKIM policy."

On that basis you would need to follow it up with Go Daddy.
